Terms of Service (TOS)

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

I, as the artist...

  • Maintain all rights to my work under the name Puddlesocks.

  • Am allowed to use works I create for you to advertise for commissions or publicity, as well as post on my social media, unless stated otherwise.

  • Hold the right to decline any commission should it make me feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

You, as the client...

  • Will receive a DIGITAL COPY of the finished piece through email or Google Drive. There will be not shipment unless previously discussed. In which case, shipping fees are to be paid by the client.

  • Understand that all payments are made upfront and in full.

  • Are able to ask for progress shots at any point during the commission process. If at any point you are unhappy with a certain aspect, I am more than happy to edit it. I will typically send sketches before continuing with the lining process. After I have received approval, only minimal changes can be made.

  • Are able to use the works I create for you for personal use, and public use IF PROPERLY CREDITED.

  • Understand that I, as the artist, have personal commitments such as university and work. This may affect the time it takes me to work on/finish your commission. Please do not expect me to finish overnight. It can take me 2-3 weeks, even months to finish if I am busy. Mental and physcial health must also be taken into account.

  • Acknowledge that failure to adhere to these terms will result in the immediate cancellation of your commission, and a refund.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • All payment is made through PAYPAL INVOICE ONLY.

  • All payment is made in USD ($).

  • Payments must be upfront and in full.

  • Refunds can be given before I begin working past the sketch stage. Partial refunds will be given if I am part of the way through, but no refund will be given for completed pieces.

WILL/WILL NOT DRAW

Will Draw:

  • Furries

  • Human/Humanoid

  • Fanart

  • LGBTQ+

  • Gore/Body Horror

  • Eyestrain/Abberation

Will Not Draw:

  • NSFW (overtly suggestive themes, full nudity, genitals etc.)

  • Detailed/Complex Mechas

  • Real people/Content Creators (unless it is someone who can show me they consent to this, such as yourself or a friend).

FAQ

What Programs do you use?

I switch between using Procreate on my iPad Pro (with a gen 2 Apple Pencil) and Clip Studio Paint on my laptop! I use a Cintiq 16 Pen Display with CSP. Before I had my iPad Pro, I used my finger with Procreate.

Can I see my order status anywhere?

Absolutely! Use the 'Queue' button above - it will direct you to my Trello where I keep track of everyone's commission progress.

How many slots do you open at a time?

It depends - I usually won't go past 5, as any more than that is too much for me to handle at once. If I get large commissions, I may close commissions all together to focus on the big one.

PRICES

Please note: All prices are in AUD and through PayPal Invoice only!Please let me know if you are sensitive to aberration/eyestrain, as I typically use minimal aberration effects during my process. On the other hand, if you would like total eyestrain please don’t be afraid to ask - it’s one of my favourite things to do!
